Our Health Guarantee

To the best of our Knowledge "puppy name" is Health at the time of sale. All buyers have 72 hours from puppy's time of arrival or pick-up to have the puppy checked by a vet of his/her choice at the buyer's expense. If the buyer's vet exam reveals a genetic defect or that the puppy is diseased, the puppy must be returned at the buyer's expense and a replacement will be made when one becomes available. Intent to return the puppy for replacement (REPLACEMENT IS THE ONLY OPTION) must be made within 24 hours of the buyer's vet exam. There is no guarantee against accidents or sickness that was not contracted on the seller's premises. The seller will not pay any vet bills. If puppy dies with in 48 hours of the time of purchase, buyer must have an autopsy performed at the buyer's expense in order to determine cause of death. Puppy will be replaced only if death was a result of illness that was contracted prior to the time of safe and seller will refund buyer for the cost of autopsy. Buyer must provide copy of autopsy report and vet bill. Hypoglycemia is not covered under this contract, and buyer has been given information on this preventable potential event. Limit access to outside for your very young puppy at first. Your puppy has had appropriate inoculations. Buyer is responsible to finish the inoculations required, (a total of 4 applications and a rabies shot for the first year) You should isolate you puppy from the general public, as well as other dogs, (not in your house hold), until full immunity is established ( talk to your vet about this).

Seller is not responsible for diseases contracted after the puppy leaves the sellers possession. There is no guarantee other than what is stated here and in the formal contract. It is seller's responsibility to sell a healthy puppy: it is buyer's responsibility to make sure the puppy stays that way.
